Introduction
DELTADIO (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
Information we collect
When you sign up for updates, we collect your email address, first and last name, company and country. We also collect any information you choose to send us through contact or investment inquiry forms. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as the pages you visit, your browser type and your approximate location.
How we use your information
We use this information to send you updates about DELTADIO when you ask for them, to respond to your inquiries, to understand and improve how our website is used, and to comply with legal obligations. Updates and analytics are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep your sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website: Framer (website hosting and our contact form), MailerLite (sign-ups and update emails) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Sheets, where we store messages sent through our contact form, and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics). Google may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies from Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*, stored for up to two years), and only after you agree in the cookie bar or switch on Analytics in the cookie settings. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We don’t use marketing cookies at the moment. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings. Our sign-up form, provided by MailerLite, stores a technical identifier in your browser to count form views and sign-ups.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy_inquiry@deltadio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
